Recent Grad RN at Interim Healthcare?

I was wondering if anyone out there had any opinions (good or bad) on Interim HealthCare? I am a recent new grad RN and would love the opportunity to get into pediatric home health and they are willing to give me the opportunity (with 2 weeks classroom time and 2 weeks with a RN preceptor in clients homes). I want to thank everyone in advanced for their input, it is much appreciated :) !

After I filled out all the employment paperwork and took the preemployment tests, the office personnel had no idea who I was when I called to follow up. More than once, they had no idea who I was, even though I had interacted with them when I came into the office. I decided not to pursue it any further. It occurred to me that if that was the way they treated prospective employees, it was probably a very good indication of how I would be treated if ever employed by them.

I have worked for Interim in Florida for 18 months. I absolutely love my job. I was a critical care nurse for many years and home care with Interim has been the best job I have ever had. Interim is a company of franchises so it is important to not judge office one against another.

tangobango...can you tell me a little bit more how your job is going day to day basis. Are you an RN?
