Reasources to helpmake decision

I am thinking about going to nursing school. I am a middle-aged 'recovering' computer analyst. I have a Master's in Public Admin,a nd am thinking about ultimately becoming an NP. I have done 6 motnhs volunteer work on a Gneral Medical wanrd in a hospital, and spent 5 weeks with my fathert while he died of cancer so have 1st hand experience with hospice-type work and the 'hands-on' stuff involved in nursing.

I am looking for additional resources to help me decide if nursing is a 'good fit' for me.

Any ideas? Did you find any materials/resources helpful?
