Reapplying to hospital who previously gave an offer?

Specific to nurse residency programs in CA. I was previously given an offer from two hospitals. One of which I accepted and unfortunately I didn't pass my NCLEX the first attempt so I had to forfeit the job. Since I'm reapplying to the role 3 months after accepting. I'm wondering what your thoughts are on resume/cover letter/prompt answers? If I should change them all or keep them the same.. since not much as changed other than passing my NCLEX this time around now that I'm applying.
