reapplication form.. help please

hi... im confused.:idea: .. i took my exam last nov 7, 2006. and failed... do i still have to wait for 45 days before i'll send my reapplication form? or i can send it now and wait for 45 days for my eligibilty? please help me... i havent sent my reapplication form yet and i want to take it before april. GOD BLESS.. thanks.....

it took for me 2 wks to get my elegl.letter and 15 min.to make my next appointment online....
