UGH! I took the NCLEX on 1-13, a week and a day ago today. I had 90 questions and thought it was hard as hell. I have felt terrible since, I just know I failed.
Anyway, only 2 other classmates have taken it before me, they both found out by using there SSN# to verify a license on NC's BON website (to see if they have been issued a license) and they got a letter confirmation the same day they saw it online. Well, it has now been 8 days for me and NOTHING! The website doesn't recognize my SSN and I haven't gotten a letter saying Pass or Fail.
I am not sure what to do now. Just wait I guess. I want to hold out hope, but in my heart I know it means I failed. It just kills me, I was an A student, I studied, took a review class, I just don't know what happened.
Any suggestions on what to do now. How long should it take? Thanks...I am going crazy not knowing one way or the other. Thanks for your support.

I think they send the pass and fail letters out at the same time, so my guess would be that the results from your test simply aren't available yet. I can understand the tendency to read something else into the fact that it is taking you longer to find out than it took your classmates, but try to relax and don't borrow trouble (easier said than done, I know).
Thank you. I hope you are right, I will try! :)

hey there,
i know it's hard not to stress out, but don't assume that you've failed!!! there's no hard evidence that you didn't pass.....so just patiently wait and you'll find out....keep us up to date with ur results! you probably passed and you're just waiting for the good news! best of luck

Not knowing is way too stressful! Does you State let you get "unofficial" quick results through Pearson Vue?
Unfortunately no. But, I have decided to remain positive until I get a letter telling me otherwise!!
