I know the Science has the reputation for being the hardest but I personally find the Reading section to be very tricky. I'm not particularly good at reading maps and some of the directions are just ridiculous; since I know that I am being timed I become very anxious and just guess at what the answer may be

I just took the TEAS today. I do not think the reading section was too bad. Just take your time and think your answers through. There were a lot of questions where I worked them in reverse and you could easily eliminate answers and then did not have to put so much thought into your answers.
I hope I did well. I had a question regarding
an outpatient who had questions/concerns about the service and pay that she experienced in outpatient care
It asked me which department this patient should call and I narrowed it down to
billing statement department
and billing department
I picked billing department because I never heard of a billing statement department. was I right?
I had a similar question and it had the departments listed in two sections based on branch/location. I am wondering if it's possible you missed a keyword or header because it seems that would be difficult to answer billing statement department and billing department would seem to be one in the same. If not I would have probably picked billing department as well.
Thanks for replying teresa. At least I know I may have gotten one right..lol
