Reaching BNVPT via phone

Is it me or is it just near impossible to get a hold of BVNPT? I been trying for the last week without avail. Can't even connect to the automated line, just a "We are unable to connect your call." and hangs up.

I know you posted three years ago, but yes, the automated voice just states that there is a high volume of calls and they are unable to connect me, call again later. Can't reach them be email or phone and I have tried multiple times over the course of the past few months. Trying to endorse my license and getting very irritated. Thinking about contacting the congressman and telling him they need better customer service, since they are totally lacking
