I failed it first time as a British nurse when I first moved to the US..... I am hoping living in the US for the last 12 years will help me pass this time... as I am more in tune with the American way of life... I am still waiting for my authority to test though!!! So wish me luck in that too!!

As a foreign trained nurse the figures actually drop down to about 45% will pass first time. I passed on third time but that was after buying numerous book and then finding Saunders which I felt was the best
