Nurses General Nursing

I am re-entering the workforce after 7 yrs as an ICU RN (diploma educated). I have been gone from nursing about 16 yrs (though working in a small business environment) and have little idea of what I might expect to be paid after having been away for so long.
I have been offered a starting rate of almost $25/hr at one of the hospitals I sent resumes to (in Florida).
Wondering if that is low/med/high on the starting pay scale for someone like me?
Thanks in advance for your replies!
