Re-entry, Retest or Brush Up Course?

:smokin: Hello All,

I have a lapsed LPN license and I live in WV. My options are an approved refresher course or retesting. I know that I could hadle either option but my clinincal experience would have to be in whatever state the class was offered in. I have already applied for RN school but I desperately need to find something to do right away and as close to my home state as possible. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

How long has it been since you practiced? Go to the bookstore and buy yourself a couple of practice books, take some practice tests, and then retake the test and see how you do.

I don't know much about nursing refresher courses. Aren't there any offered anywhere in WV?
