First time I took the nclex was straight out of nursing school, I studied a couple hours a day. I got all 205 questions the first and second attempt. The second time I signed up with caring4you.net and I believe it helped a lot but my test results said differently. I have a lot waiting on this license so please any suggestions on what I should do.

Try Kaplan NCLEX-PN Strategies book, most current edition (2014-2015). It helps you to really "read" into the questions, since a lot of the NCLEX is based on how you interpret the questions. I wish you the best!

I used kplan and rented books from library to help.
Thank you so much! I will look into it but in the mean time a friend suggested Hurst Review, have you heard of it?
