We have a few papers to write, and they all ask for rationales from nursing sources. Where do we find them? The only one I have seen (that I know of anyway) are from my lab and diagnostic book and my nursing diagnosis book :/

you must have a med/surg textbook, a physiology textbook, and a drug book-- all of these would be acceptable sources. you can also go to the library (remember libraries? they have books in them:d) and ask the librarian to help you get online access to cinahl, the cumulative index of nursing and allied health literature. this is a searchable index of approximately one gazillion nursing and other health-profession magazines and journals.
if you need something on, say, wound care in amputation, you enter that as a search phrase. you get a list of articles that mention that, and if your school library has access to them for free, you ask the librarian how to print them out. done.
