Thank you for your reply. Yes I have been trying to see how many student may apply if 250 or less students applied and I am in the top 25% then I should have a good chance to get in... it's a community college in a small town but It is said to be competitive.. sooo I am not sure.
I'm in a similar situation...small town, cohort only starts every OTHER year, and they only accept 10 people. UGG. I've done the best I possibly can (96.8 on my HESI test) and 3.93 GPA...taking all the pre-reqs that give me points, etc. But it still comes down to who is applying at the same time. Bunch of rockstars? Maybe I haven't done well enough. Just have to cross my fingers and pray!

Ugh I am so Anxious for March 10th!
So.. I took my TEAS test and applied for the ADN program at DCCC. Students must score a 62 to be ranked.
My Adjusted Individual Total Score was a 74 and my Percentile Rank Nationally and for the program is 75 so that puts me in the top 25% but I don't know if the top 25% will be enough.
Any of my nursing friends have any input? Do I have a chance? I know I can always re-test for next-go-around (next year) but I'm just curious 🤔
Thanksâ¤
DCCC is a point system based on the following components.
Max # is 16
TEAS score earns 0-10
BIO classes earn you points; I got 2 points there.
College Math earns 1 pt. I didn't take any because I tested out.
ACA earns 1pt. But I'm taking that now :/
Then if applicants have the same # of pts they go off of reading scores first.
