Just type in New Grad into the search bar and it should be the first one that pops up!

All I know is that there were about 1000 applicants last cohort and they usually accept 30-40 people in total, so it's definitely very competitive. But I applied last cohort as an external applicant and got an interview! It was my first ever interview so I didn't do that well and didn't get the job, but I would say don't lose hope!

it goes in the cover letter

Just applied. I put my unit preferences in the cover letter and then attached my references where I attached my resume cause I didn't see another spot.
