Hi everyone! Just wanted to make a thread for those applying to the Rady Children's Hospital New Grad RN Summer 2025 Cohort!

I was not able to attend the information session, does anyone know which units are hiring?

Has anyone received an update from ED this week?

For those that applied to Heme/Onc have you heard anything by email or phone call? I have not heard anything from my first or second unit choices and just wondering if im the only one or if others are in the same boat.

Literally have not heard a single thing from either of my units. Hem/onc was my first.

Hem/Onc was my first choice and I haven't heard anything. I know most units conducted interviews. So I wasn't sure if radys sent rejection emails and just took the no news as bad news but I'm not entirely sure.

I know a past applicant that didn't hear back for months after applying and they eventually reached out to them for an interview so im staying hopeful!

I have two friends that were hired for hem/onc last month, both were internal hires.

for those that had interviews, how long did it take to receive a reference survey?

I got next day but it might be just part of the process? It might be different from unit to unit.
