Hey there! Wanted to start a thread for those that applied to the February 2015 new graduate program at Rady's. I have heard they mostly hire internal so it would be nice to hear if anyone moves forward in the process. Good luck!

This is my first time applying to Rady's, so if anyone has any information or advice on what to expect, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you, and good luck everyone! :)

My status on the application site changed to "Your application has been reviewed and is currently being considered to determine if you are one of the most qualified applicants...." I am an external applicant.
lovelyleahRN 15 Posts Dec 15, 2014 I just got a call to interview for NICU! Not until January but I'll take it. The Facebook group made it seem as though interviews were done but if you are still waiting, don't lose hope!

zzbxdo 531 Posts Dec 24, 2014 Not a new grad, but my co worker is starting her new position in the nicu between the first and second weeks of January. In going to assume new hire orientation will be consolidated.
