Okay, so I was just accepted into the nursing program at my school. I, of course, had to take a drug test and have a background screening. I have nothing to worry about with either of these, but when it came time for my drug test I completely goofed. The lady administering this test told me at least 3 times to not run any water or flush. I guess after 20 some years of tradition, the first thing I did was pull up my pants and flush! She was incredibly understanding about the whole thing. She allowed me to purchase a bottled water and wait to try again. Of course, my results come back clear of everything but now my test has an alert for negative dilute. This test was pretty pricey. Anyone know if this happening and not being a big deal. I don't want to have to pay to retest.

That usually means that your urine was too watered down. It can happen innocently like yours might have but a lot if users drink tons if water before their test to water down their urine so it has fewer parts per million of whatever drug they are using. The drug testing companies figured this out and have added to their tests safeguards to try and catch users who are doing this. I wouldn't be surprised if you have to test again.
