"Grow Your Own" Nursing Program

Hello!

Can anyone out there in the DFW area of Texas give any advice on the HCA "Grow your own Nursing Program"? I just heard about it today and I would like to know how to go about applying to the program: WHO, WHEN, & WHERE?

Your best info will come from the hospitals doing this program. I would call the nurse recruiter at each facility to get your information directly from them. Many of them require you to work for the hospital for at least a year prior to applying, but I don't think all of them do.

Hello I have just been accepted in the program and you have to be an emploee with HCA to qualify for the program!

Hello Sidnetra23, I start with MCD next month and I am definitely going to apply the hca gyo program after being there for 6 months of course. Can you please tell me all of the details of this program? Any information would be very helpful. Thank you
