So I started a job working as a physician substitute RN in a plasma donation center. I am on my fourth week of training out of six and got a job offer working in a hospital as an RN in a direct observation unit! As a new grad I CANNOT pass that opportunity up, it is out of the question. My dilemma is I don't know how to properly quit this plasma job while still in training without getting management mad at me. Any recommendations? The people here have been so amazing to me and I feel bad about quitting but I am thinking of my career growth and my future.

Tell them quickly and as courteously as possible. Let them know that it is a better fit for your future plans. But be aware that it may hurt in the future if you use them as a reference. And with simple SSN check, any job history can be found
