Quick question re drug comparrision UK/US

I have a question regarding a medication that a friend in the UK recently started taking. The medication he is taking is called Champix. I think it's the same thing we have here in the US, but called Chantix. I would like to know if there's a site where I can look up the med to do a comparison. He just started taking it yesterday, but is concerned about some of the effects he's feeling now. Please respond asap! Thanks so much!

The British National Formulary I think is only accessible with a UK IP address (tried in the past once I left the UK and couldn't get access)

If he is in the UK and worried he is suffering side effects he can always talk to this GP, NP (if the surgery has one) or Practice nurse
