Ebay or Half.com might also be good places for you to look for books. If you go the auction route, remember that if an auction goes over what you want to pay, just wait. There will be another auction (and another, and another and another). Eventually you will get what you want for a price you want to pay.

If you are planning on being in mental health, I suggest a copy of the DSM-IV Quick Reference.

Oh, and if you know any pharmaceutical reps, they can often get you some of the books free.
