Questions for People Who Took Their Boards in Saipan (NMI)??

Hi. Happy 4th! My back story is...

I graduated high school in San Diego, California June, 2006.
Then BSN here in the PHilippines March, 2012.
Went back to the States and applied for the BON in HI. I got the eligibility to take the exam (winter, 2012?).
Came back here (PH) because I had personal issues needed that to be resolved (July, 2013).
Took the PH NLE (Nursing Licensure Exam) and PASSED it (May, 2015).
Finally took my NCLEX-RN for the BON in HI and FAILED (June, 2016).

Now fast forward to January, 2016.. With my dad's help (he is my big support system! Thank you dad for everything!!) he encouraged me to conquer the beast (NCLEX-RN) one more time.

So I took his advice, went ahead and reviewed from February until now.

The NMI BON only had 5 requirements...

Birth Certificate
High school transcript
College Transcript
Application form
$110 processing fee

I submitted my application form along with the money order June 22, 2016. My college TOR was mailed out June, 2016 as well. My sister processed my high school transcript and the school mailed it out some time in June (first or second week of June).

Now my questions are...

Will there will be a problem if a requirement is mailed out prior to the application form?? I am afraid that the NMI BON trashed my high school transcript because they were probably thinking that I haven't even paid yet and I am sending them paperwork lol. IDK. Can someone please enlighten me with this??

(side note, I reached out to them about my situation thru e-mail about a week ago, but I haven't heard from them).

Also, how long does the processing usually take? So I can gauge how much time I have to review, I would like to get a date for my exam..

And one last, for those who already conquered the beast (passed the boards), what study material helped you out the most?? (books, apps, qbanks)

Please help a sista out.. Any answer to my questions is much appreciated. Thanks! :)
