I need to interview 2 LPN's as part of a research packet required for a grant im applying for. If your an LPN and can answer these questions for me it will be greatly appreciated. You can email the answers back to me if you like for privacy purposes.

5. Where do you find yourself and your career 5 years from now?

6. Did you have to attend post-secondary school to be qualified for this job?

7. Would you recommend this job to new comers?

8. What is your average day like?

9. What skills does your job use?

10. How has this job changed since you started? Has it become more technical?

11. What does the future look like for a person in this job?

12. What type of training would you recommend to a newcomer:

Apprenticeship, on the job training or technical school?
