few questions for an experienced nurse

Hi I am a nursing student and have an assignment where I have to ask a nurse questions about time management and patient care. Hopefully someone out there can help me!

1.) What methods do you use to manage your time during your shift?

2.) How do prioritize your patients and your time?

3.) How do cost-effectiveness and quality control affect your daily nursing?

I believe you are not getting responses for two reasons: 1) the answers would take too long to document and 2) we generally do not do homework on this site. Perhaps you can reduce your content????
