if you havent paid the fees yet, they will only send your application papers back, and retain credentials from your university.I dont see any problem but you just need to contact them and let them know.

Please take the time to do some reading on this forum before you do anything else. You are not applying for the NCLEX exam, there is actually no application that you can submit for it.
You will be applying for licensure as an RN to the state where you wish to get a license. You must meet their requirements before you will be permitted to sit for that exam.
CA has not done one thing with your sumbitted application as their were no fees with it; no agency will do anything with any application if no money is paid to them for the processing of it.
Illinois also requires that the CES be submitted to them before they will look at your application even if you include the money for it.
Since there are already multiple threads on this same topic and including all instructions as to what to do, I am going to close this thread. Also please be aware that with the way things are now, there is no guarantee that you will get a green card to work in the US. Passing of the NCLEX exam and even finding an employer no longer guarantees this as there are many more applicants than there are visas that are avaiable for a year. You would be much better off going to another country first to get experience.
Please read the Primer that is at the top of this forum for information that you need to have.
