145 Questions & Bad Pop Up

Hi! I took my NCLEX this morning at 8 and got all 145 questions ? I thought I was doing pretty good because I was getting a lot of SATA’s, but then the questions kept coming until I got all of them. In total, I received ~43 SATAs, 1 picture, and 1 exhibit question. I also received a lot of priority questions. I know someone can pass in 145 questions so I’m not trying to freak myself out too bad but when I did the PVT about an hour after, I got the bad pop up. I’ve heard that it is not allways accurate, but now I’m extremely discouraged. Is there any hope for me?

Hi, did you do the PVT before you received the email "Now that you’ve completed the NCLEX Examination, we understand you may still have questions." from Pearson Vue?
