from where i hear from everyone if you got your record expunged you still have to tell them, dosent matter. On the other hand if you say no you wont be lieing, you wont be keeping anything from them because getting it expunged means destroying it if i am correct, so why do you need to tell them; and isent it legal for the broad to see that, the broad is government right? even tho the government, FBI can do whatever they want, but isent it against the law for them to look at that stuff if its expunged, even if they do it anyways. because i am getting from the nursing profess at my school and my lawyers one answer(that i can state no) and here i have to state yes and explain? SO I JUST LIKE SOME CLARIFICATION ON THAT.
