Hello, does any one have information on B.F Skinner operant conditioning? The question: How is operant conditioning used in health care? I've seen the example of an massage therapist in my book but I'm still not getting it. Some information will greatly be appreciated! Thanks.

BF Skinner's operant conditioning is similar to Pavlov's dogs with a few variations. If you google it you will get a full description of his exact theory.
