Does anyone know how long it is before you can get tuition rembursment and can you get it even if you had financial aid. Or is it only for if you go to school while working a job at the same time?? Basically what is tuition remburment and how does it work?

It depends on your hospital...at mine you can qualify for tuition reimb. after 6 months full time, and that pays for school you are currently attending, after you have made a B or above in said class. Now some places have loan repayment programs..they usually pay a set amount and require a signed contract that you will stay with the facility for a certain period of time. You have to show proof that you took out loans.
