Question for somebody who works at Florida Hospital

Hello,

Can somebody who works at Florida Hospital Tampa, or any Florida Hospital facility, please tell me what kind of pre employment drug testing is done. Urine, hair, saliva?

I just got a nursing position there, and I smoked a little pot recently. I don't want to hear any **** and I don't care if you think that it is irresponsible.

Haha post of year! 10 panel urine is pretty standard for the medical field. I actually smoked marijuana once " but i didn't inhale"

I know that urine is the most common.

But the hospital I am at now does saliva, and another nearby does hair.

So it's not really standard anymore.

Hi Bogey, Did you ever get an answer to this. i have the same quesitons. I don't smoke but was in colorado for vacation about a month ago and tried it. I know my blood and urine would come clean as I am not a regular user but I am worried they do hair testing and I would fail.
