Question regarding licensure by endorsement

Hello I am currently an LPN in Virginia, but relocating soon to PA. I have to renew my license by the end of my birth month which is August of this year. My question is I am planning on applying for licensure by endorsement if anyone knew if I got approved for my PA license prior to August...if I would have to renew my license all over again by the end of August, or if it would be good until August of 2015? Also does anyone know if it is complicated or hard to get a license by endorsement in PA? I have already printed out the application to request it. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read and respond to this question!
