question about ppd test

I went for my annual mantoux last Monday. Tuesday I came down with a cold and ended up calling out for two days of work. I completely forgot about getting it read. Anyhow, I went back today and had to get another one. My question is this -- the site that they did the PPD now (a week later) does have an induration. I don't have any idea if it had one before. I was wondering what this could mean - if anything. I know they are read 48 up to 96 hrs after and so I am beyond that point.

Any ideas?
