So, I have just applied for the nursing program here at my school, but I have a few questions. I know I have to go through this program first. However, I was wondering what I needed to do once I graduated from the nursing program. I wanted to work at a pediatric doctor's office. Do I have to go to more schooling for that. What is required? Could someone please help me? Thanks in advance!!

There is no additional schooling needed to work in a pediatrician's office. Most offices do want their nurses to have at least one year of hospital experience. You could always work on a peds floor for a year then make the switch. I guess it's possible to get a position without a year but I don't know of many. Good luck with school.
Thanks!! I'm just waiting to get a letter of acceptance from the nursing program now. However, I'm sure that shouldn't be a problem. I'm looking forward to it. Thanks again for replying.
