I am currently a BSN student, trying to finish pre-reqs for CRNA programs. I understand that most all programs require Oraganic Chemisty, however I am having problems scheduling the class. I was wondering when all of you took the class? Did you take it during your BSN coursework, during the summer, or did you wait until after you graduated? I don't want to wait and get behind- I want to be on schedule when I graduate. Any advice and help you could give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I never took it and kinda wish i did. One girl in my class took an on-line class and did great with organic in my program. Most people just find an intro class is enough.

It actually is a prerequisite for most BSN programs. YOu can do it either way, take it in the summer (fassssssssssst as hell). Or take it during the normal semester. Most school's prefer a course that is a mixture of organic and biochemistry. Which is still an intro, but they prefer it over the general organic since it only covers the first part of organic and not biochemistry.
