Question: NCLEX passing score

Good day,

I have pending application for VSC. CGFNS has received all the documents which I know are necessary for review. However it says in the status: NCLEX passing score = waiting to be received. I have already requested my board of nursing for the validation of license with the form from CGFNS(together with a corresponding fee) and fortunately VT (my BON) has already sent back the form + validation. I was made to think that if my BON has already forwarded my license validation, NCLEX passing scores go with it? Do i need to make a seperate request for the NCLEX score? How do i request for it? I'm not quite sure if it's explicitly explained in the CGFNS handbook.

Another question, do i also need to request for my academic records from the school where I earned another degree? (I graduated BS Biology long before taking up Nursing).

When I applied for the VSC, I also sent my TOR of my BSBiology, I spent one year taking BSBio before I shifted to nursing. Although in the Philippines it is common to have integrated TOR but to play safe just submit your BSBio TOR.
