OK, so I have checked into getting the Brunner & Suddarth's Textbook of Medical/Surgical Nursing. I looked on multiple sites and found the newest edition to be not that much more expensive than the 11th edition. I am planning on keeping these (it looks to be a two book set), so I am thinking of just buying new, even though they are expensive.
Anyway, I would greatly appreciate any input on ideas anyone has on where to get these books a little cheaper, I believe I found them for about $130. HELP!
Thanks

Many people took any med surg(I used my LPN medsurg book) book, and my main source of study was the Saunders NCLEX RN Comprehensive Review Examination Book. I know there are people on here that only used that and passed without any problems. It has an excellent review and questions at the end to answer with. I also had Chancellors Studyguides as well.

there is a site that you can buy only the chapters of the book that you need but it is only download no physical book the link is http://lww.vitalsource.com/show/1609135377CH23 . scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see where you can just buy individual chapters for $1.68 and you can get chapter 23 for 14 day free trial we need that for tb. i am on ls 3 and it is my last test before fcca all prerequ's done so i didn't want to buy a brand new book for last test.
