Question about interview about being terminated

Hello, In regards to future interviews I was let go by previous hospital I was emplyed for. Circumstances were hazardous road conditions, I came into hospital on call for night shift and was told I could leave a certain time by my charge RN when another nurse arrived to take over my patients. As I was leaving floor manager told me I could not leave and started threatening me. Stating I was abandoning my patients, etc when I already gave report on my patients to the nurse that came in.

I did end up leaving and was very professional in the situation. Later I as terminated as a result of not completing my shift. Obviously the charge RN and manager did not communicate too well. How should I approach the subject to future managers of why you left previous job? Any advice welcome as I know less said the better and I do not want to be negative about previous employer.
