Hello! Im currently in PN school and graduate July 12! Woot! But anyways, I am interested in all the LPN to BSN programs Ive been seeing especially Indiana State University's program. I would like to go farther than a bachelor's degree so Im wondering what does the school have to be accredited by in order to apply my credits toward a post-bac program at another college? Im also open to suggestions of other programs if someone has went this route. I currently reside in FL near Tampa but I don't mind moving.

You need to go to a program accredited by either the NLN or CCNE. Under grad credits don't apply to graduate school. Grad schools with care about your GPA and that you attended an accredited program.
