The answer the answer lies in the fact that you are the employee and they are the employer.

My Father alweays said WHen it come time that you learn your employer

doesnt value your services its time to find one that does or learn to work for yourself.

Thanks so much, true statement, I was just wondering if it was legal to do this to someone. I dont see how they can say you are not rehireable without any evidence to support this. Thanks

But I believe that when a potential employer is calling your prior employer the only information that can be given is the over all result of your last evaluation.

Nothing else is alowed to be shared not even your address.

Whether or not you would be rehired if you applied there is not information that can be shared. Now. proving if it is shared would be practically impossible.

Regardless if they do or dont...or share with you why they chose not to renew your contract. Makes one pause to reflect though as I am sure you have.

I have always thought that when one door closes another one opens. I am confident you will find what that is and be renewed in its opportunity.
