Question about DIA investigation

I have a question regarding DIA investigation. A resident with a low BIMS score stated that I scratched him, which I did not and have a couple of witnesses that can testify that the alleged scratch did not occur. All of the events that occurred after the allegation are long and involved but I was terminated before DIA came to facility to investigate and wasn't able to meet with DIA right away due to being out of town for a death in the family. I was told my the DIA representative that interviewed me that it could be a couple of days or a couple of weeks before I got a letter in the mail stating whether it was founded or unfounded. It has been 10 days since my interview with DIA and I have not recieved anything, should I be worried?
