Hi all,
I have a question regarding the California intervention program. I am 99% sure I am going to be reported to the board related to some medication issues with my previous employer. I have retained a lawyer and she told me absolutely do not self report to the intervention program, since I’m not 100% sure I am going to be reported.
Was anybody out there board referred to the California intervention program? If so how long did it take you to hear from the BRN? It’s been about a month since this incident took place and I am consumed with anxiety. I feel like I should just self report but I was highly advised against it. What if the BRN doesn’t refer me to intervention? I don’t want this on my license forever.
thanks in advance
