I used the bundle and I think it was worth it. I reccommend buying and taking it the first time to understand which topics you need to study more and then retaking it a few days before your actual test. The questions tend to repeat a bit once you take them frequently, especially in the English and math section. The study sheets helped immsensely and I used workbooks for the HESI which are very similar to the NEX. You can find them online or in public libraries, I'm unsure if QCC has any.

Hey, I would reccommend using SHSAT or SAT practice exams; I'd say that they are pretty similar as they include reading comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar. There are many older exams you can find online with the answer key. For holistic exam prep, I used the app Pocket Prep Nursing School for the last month that I had. It has close to 1,500 Science, Math, and Reading Comp questions but you do need to pay $15, which I thought was worth it.

Wow! Thank you so much

The format is exactly the same. There were a few questions from each sections that were the same exact as the practice tests, which made the purchase worth it for me.
And yes, there is a person that checks your surroundings and watches you take the test, but you can't see them, you can only hear their voice. You can text them through the website but I found it easier to talk since you aren't supposed to read things aloud or talk to yourself to think and process the questions.
Do you guys know of any student that was accepted while taking micro during the Spring semester? or got rejected until micro was completed? I think I saw a post someone saying that they would wait until your done with micro to see if you are getting in. while others were rejected for not having micro passed
I took micro while the interview process was going on. I got my results a few days before grades were posted, I think the program staff asked the professors if the student was going to pass or not. I don't think they reject you if you don't have the grade, but most definitely reject students who failed it.

Do you think it's too risky to take the Microbio over the Summer 2025 while I am planning to apply the program for fall 2025?

Thank you ! There's just a medical clearance and background check that is a bit pricey but do last a while.
