Hello!! 

anyone here applying at QCC for this Spring? 

Anyone who took Micro, did final grade get posted on CUNY first yet?

Has anybody heard anything recently? Since it is almost January, do they still send out invitations for interviews or just send you an acceptance or denial letter ? I'm so confused with everything.

I just called and they said that they still under the applications reviews. The first week of January we will get denial or acceptance letter by email. She said more than 200 people applied, thats why is taking longer. Well, at this point I didn't even get the interview so Im not expecting to go in for Spring.

this is so overwhelming. I wonder if they still plan on sending out interviews as I haven't gotten one either.

Well, I don't think so. Also to apply again we would have to take NLN again. Check their website.

Why do we have to take nln again to apply in the future

Wow over 200? That's a lot, I was told usually 120 apply. But I'm guessing Micro grades aren't out yet so they are waiting for it to come out to see who passed or not

Check their website. It's a new thing now, that it will have to be taken twice a yr instead of once a yr

congratulations to everyone who got in! 

 

I received a denial email this afternoon. Also , I called the Nursing office to clarify the new NEX exam requirements. you can only take it once per semester- Jan-Jun or July- August and the minimum scores are slightly higher for Science, Math and english sections. for those of us who plan on Applying for Fall 2026 and already took Nex this semester, We can retake it again before Applications open in March.
