pvt results on hold

i took my nclex exam last sat. and i used the pvt but the results says the candidate result was on hold. what does it mean?

i called pearson vue and they said that 48 hrs for quick results means 2 business days. sat n sun is not counted.

I don't know why they told you Saturday and Sunday don't count. I have heard many stories of people getting misinformation from Pearson Vue.

I took my NCLEX on a Thursday and got my results on that Saturday this May 2013. As well, I took my NCLEX-PN on a Friday and got my results on a Sunday.

A friend of mine took her NCLEX last month and got her quick results on a weekend and another who got her results on a Federal Holiday.

When you do the PVT and it says your results are 'on hold' it means that for whatever reason they are reviewing your test. It doesn't mean anything bad. There are many reasons for a test to be on hold.

If the hold has been released (do the pvt again), you should be able to get your quick results today if you took your test on Saturday.

this is my 2nd exam. the first exam i took it also fri and i got the result sun. and how come they are now saying that sat n sun. is not included. i still dont know if i pass or failed. im so nervous

they cant give me anything even a reason why my result was on hold :no: im just wondering if i failed the exam why is there a need to hold (just my opinion)

Just because its on hold does not mean you failed it. There are tons of posts about peoples results on hold, which then doesn't let them do the PVT who have come back and said they passed. Not sure why yours is on hold. Is it still on hold?

My results are on hold right now. I have heard it is due to the palm scan. I had a lot of difficulty with mine the day of the exam.

Congratulations!!!! When did your quick results finally become available? Pearson Vue told me mine would be there at 8 AM. They better be because Tomorrow makes 4 days without any clear results!!!!! Fingers crossed...:nailbiting:
