I took my NCLEX-RN yesterday, on a Saturday, and I am wondering if it is a reliable "trick" in A) Canada, B) on the weekend, and C) got all 265 questions? Does anyone have any input or past experience with this? My mind is absolutely racing and all I can think about is how terrible that went! As far as I can tell, this feeling is quite normal but I have been confident I failed. However, I tried the PVT 4 & 16 hours post-NCLEX and have been getting the good pop-up that people speak of haha and I am not sure if this means anything to me where I am in Canada, wrote on a Saturday, and had all 265 questions. My last question I felt was somewhat easy but the ones before it were prioritization, delegation, and ABG questions (so, harder level I believe).. The last question was proper abdomen exam technique. I felt this was easy but not sure? Do you guys have any thoughts on this as well? Does a lower level question at the end mean bad news?? I know I got it right though - not sure if that helps!
If anyone at all can shed light on any of my concerns, it would be MUCH appreciated. I have been non-stop worrying since I wrote it! You all know the feeling, I'm sure!
Thank you in advance!!!
Hopeful RN

I tested yesterday too, computer shut off @ 75. I've did the PVT @2 hrs, 8 hrs and 24 hrs after and I'm also still getting the good pop up. I read the email and it has a link to questions about Nclex, it stated that the exam gets scored twice, once at the test center then when it's sent to Pearson Vue. I'm praying this trick still works, I did it in '09 and it was accurate then I had passed 2 days later. I don't think your location effects the trick as much as the weekend thing might but then again the test is computer graded and the weekend may not effect it.
Thanks for your reply. It was definitely the most challenging exam I have ever written. I walked out with my head spinning.
I heard it was graded twice too, wonder if that changes the results at all?
Best of luck to you! I am hoping that if we are still getting this pop-up that it is a good sign. Fingers crossed :) Out of our hands now but I am sure you did awesome!
