PVT 2017 "Hold" message

Hello everyone!

i took nclex RN yesterday for second time

at first time I failed with 76 questions

i did pvt trick in July and had a bad pop up (decline credit card) and 48 hours later I did quick result it was failed !!

in second time, I did pvt right after exam

2 hours, 4 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours

it is now saying that this

"The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time."

what does this mean..?

When I search this this means it needs to be waited for 48 hours

did I pass or not?
