So I’m making this because NO ONE has made one and literally the due date is almost near so if you have any questions upload them here so we can help each other out!

Hi everyone! Please in regards to the application fees, are we suppose to pay 3 different fees? I'm asking because I paid at Applytexas before submitting my application, and I also paid the nursing processing fee! I was thinking that the ApplyTexas fee is the application fee? Another question is why do some had to pay $25 while others paid $40 on Applytexas?

I only had to pay the ApplyTexas $40 fee and the $60 Nursing Processing Fee. I think those are the only fees that need to be paid, unless you're sending HESI scores.

Did you get an answer to this by chance? I took the HESI in March 2019 for PVAMU but I never applied for Fall 2019. I'm wondering if I need to buy a score report to send to PVAMU.

I on apply Texas paid 15 and then I went to the panther market place and paid the $40 and $60 but then I got refunded back the $40 because I had already paid the fee. So I was like uhhhh what do I do now! But I already submitted that receipt so if they try to come at me we’ll I have my receipt. And I think we we were SUPPOSED to do is do the application but at the end say we will pay after and then go and pay the $40. Idk lol

@Brandon C. Thanks Brandon! Good to know I'm not alone on this lol! The difference in fees is just weird ?

No I haven’t yet! & no one from the admissions office is picking my calls up either ?

Does anyone know where to send in letters of recommendation if they can't drop it off at the school? I was told you can submit it online but I have no idea where.

I emailed someone from the nursing school, I think the name was Forrest, and they said we can submit it online and then they stopped replying after I asked where.

Glad this thread has been created! I have a few questions! do any of you know how I can have my hesi scores transferred from another school to pvamu? and through evolve do you guys know an email or fax I should enter in the form in order to send my scores? Thank you!

You have to buy the HESI transcript. This is from a post about transferring HESI scores

HESI Transcript - 97832332445.

For every transcript/school you have to pay $15. Once you check out (order is complete), you get your order number. With that order number you fill out this form:

http://coursewareobjects.elsevier.com/objects/Fulfillment_Exports/Customer_Files/HESI/HESI_Transcript_Request_Form_V2.pdf

After filling it out, you send it to [email protected] who after receiving your email (so try doing it right away) with the attached file, proceed to send your transcript to said school.
