Hey guys I have been a cna for a while now and all my immunizations are up to date, so do you all think titers would be enough proof or can I just have my doctor fill out the sheet or do you have any suggestions....right now it's looking like an arm and a leg for these titers :/

All my immunizations are update to date as well. What i did was take the paper work showing all my immunization to my doctor's office. He transfered it to the school's paper work and then he signed it off.. Yea titers are enough proof.

I'm sorry one more question, are you sending your copies of your paperwork or just the schools paperwork? Thanks again!

Just the school paper work.. They did not request for other documents.. My doctor's signature on the paper makes it legit..

Had anyone actually gone to labcorp? They won't answer my calls at any location and I just want to make sure I take an appropriate amount of cash to pay...(i read in am older forum they recommended taking cash)....

Yea I got it done yesterday @ the sugarland location. It was $35.. I paid with my debit card..

Did anyone get an hrsa "required" form? My friend did and I didn't....I am quite lost on that?

Yet she says she has to sign an hrsa contract but doesnt seem to find a contract in her packet.
