Psychosocial issues and long term care facilities?

Hey everyone,

I have to do a presentation on Psychosocial Issues Related to Aging or to Living in Long Term Care. We have to search for an article. I found one about adjusting to a long term care facility but I am trying to find a better one. Any ideas? Any good journals I can look up? What should I narrow my search to? Please help me!

I would definitely narrow down the topic - depression, inability to cope or ineffective grieving r/t lifestyle changes, death of friends/family, loss of dependence, and feelings of isolation are just some ideas. Any nursing, medical, or psychology journal should help. Do you have access to ebschost (I think that's how its spelled) - the online search engine to many journals -thru your school library? I use mine all the time for research and you can access many journals at the same time. Hope that helps
