Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Private Practice

Hi, I am wondering if any psych nps in private practice in WA or OR can chime in. If you don't live in those states then please feel free to chime in as well, although WA and OR nps would probably be better suited to answer my questions. My questions are as follows:

For those of you in private practice working full time, how many patients do you see per day and per week? Also, how long did it take you to build that patient load and what marketing resources did you use?
